Developing the First Volunteer Plan with Social Factory
We have started the development of the Pink Volunteering project, which aims to design the Foundation’s 1st Volunteering Plan in a participatory manner.
In this first workshop, facilitated by Factoria Social, we have collectively reconstructed the history of the entity, marking our milestones and related values.
In the second workshop, we have collectively carried out a participatory diagnosis of the organization’s volunteering, and its value proposition as well as carried out a SWOT of having the Volunteering Plan.
Pink Volunteering is a project of the Cabildo of Tenerife and executed by Factoría Social.
