Dakar for Life 2024
It was hard but they did it! The Dakar for Life team and its pink elephant have managed to reach the goal and win First Place in Classic Trucks in the Dakar 2024, the toughest Rally in the World. After many months of preparation, many kilometers of dunes, and many obstacles, but they have achieved the sporting and social objective of raising awareness about early detection and the reality of women and men with breast cancer.
Dakar for Life was born in 2023 from the union of the social commitment of the team captain, Rafa Lesmes, and the Walk for Life Carrera por la Vida Foundation, and in 2024 it has had the support of the INVI Male Cancer Association and the European network of breast cancer Think Pink Europe.
The great PINK ELEPHANT has delivered and the Dakar for LIFE has made history, raising awareness about the importance of early detection in women and men. Thank you Rafa Lesmes, thank you team for showing that THE GOAL IS THE JOURNEY!!!
