Fulfilling commitments with projects and actions
After the 2022 Walk for Life, we started the year by allocating the proceeds to projects and actions that improve the lives of people with breast cancer.
At the proposal of our friend Hilda and since 2021, the Carrera por la Vida Foundation has provided financial funds to the Contigo Foundation, for the study of metastatic triple negative breast cancer.
President Brigitte Gypen presented 5,000€ to Dr. Isabel Rubio, a member of the Fundación Contigo Scientific Committee, who will allocate this amount entirely to research projects on this type of cancer.
For the Walk for Life Carrera por la Vida Foundation, the scientific work of Fundacion Contigo is essential, as well as all the efforts and investment in research, to achieve the most effective treatments with the fewest side effects.
